Creating ZETA templates.
You know how easy the right click can be in any OS.  Just click and create a new folder for instance. This is how ZETA is delivered by default.

Now I'd like to create a new TextFile on occasion or a new email or even a new Video Project can simply be made with the templates. You just have to create them for yourself.

A new TextFile.

Open StyleEdit and just save the file as "TextFile" in the folder "/boot/ZETA/etc/Language/documentation/xxXX/misc/Tracker New Templates". Now when you right click in any folder or Desktop you get an option to create a new TextFile. This will be created in the folder you use the template in (or Desktop).

(replace xxXX in the link above by your own language - for me it is nlBE)

A new VideoProject.

Open VideoEditor and then go to "File" "Save Project" (note that you don't actually create a new project). Put the "project.vep in the folder mentioned in the TextFile link and rename it to your desire (I named it VideoProject). Now you can create a new VideoProject right from in a folder where you'd like.

A new email.

Open Beam (this template wont work with BeMail). Create a new mail (don't edit or put any email address in any of the fields - just leave it as it is) and then go through "Network" "Send Mail Later". Go to your out folder and move the pending mail to your template folder. Make sure Beam is set as preferred Email-Client otherwise this wont work. Rename the file to your liking (I named it  Email :P ),  now you can create a new mail from wherever you want.
